Dr. Pawan Kumar Gupta (Executive Member): He has done M.Sc. (Botany), M.Lib.Sc. and Ph.D. IN Library Science. He is the recipient of Gopal Krishna Medal in library, 1975 for being first in B.Lib.Sc.(Delhi University) and Prof. S.D. Gupta Gold Medal in 1976 for standing first in M.Lib.Sc. (Delhi University). He has both teaching and administrative experience. He retired from the post of Director Rajasthan University Library in 2011. He has to his credit 30 papers, 8 books and edited many volumes. Prof. R.D. Mehla (Executive Member): He retired from the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra as University Librarian in January, 2011.He also worked as a Deputy Director, National Medical Library, New Delhi from September 1994 to November 1997. He is having M.Sc. in Botany and M.Lib.Sc. and documentation. He has a total experience of 36 years. His area of interest in Library Management. Dr. V.K. Thomas (Executive Member): He has done M.A. (Economics), M.Lib.Sc. and Ph.D. in Library Science. He worked as University Librarian  West Bengal  National University Juridical Services, Kolkata and Visva Bharati Central University, Santiniketan. He is the recipient of Dr. Abdul Kalam Gold Medal for outstanding individual achievement in education & research. He has a total experience of 44 years. He has visited various countries viz.
