ELECTION

1.  The election of all the Office Bearers and fourteen Executive Members shall be held after five years in the General Body meetings and mode of the election shall be trough secret ballot.

2.  The election of the Office bearers and fourteen Executive Members of the Governing Body shall be conducted by the Election Officer duly appointed by the Governing Body with approval of 1/3rd of the members on the roll of the society. The decision of the Election Officer in conducting of the election shall be final until unless decided otherwise by the General Body with 2/3rd majority of

The election proceedings after every election shall be supplied to the Registrar of Societies as per provisions laid down under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, as applicable to New Delhi.
